Annual Consultant Renewal Fee Begins December 15

Beginning December 15, LifeVantage will introduce a $50 annual Consultant renewal fee to support continued access to the tools, technology, and resources you use to run your business.
The fee will be processed each year on the 15th of the month following your enrollment anniversary month. The first fees will be charged December 15 to Consultants who enrolled in November between 2009–2024.
Your $50 annual renewal fee covers:
20% wholesale pricing
Back-office and mobile app access
Ability to earn commissions
Replicated website
Business tools and reporting
The fee will automatically charge the most recently used card on file and is non-refundable once processed. There are no additional renewal fees for Business Centers.
Check the payment card on your account and make sure it’s current before your renewal date.
To retain Consultant status for another year, you must also have purchased at least 1 order on your account or earned commissions at least once within a 12-month period.
If you don’t want to renew, you can downgrade to a Customer account at any time. Requests to reclassify as a Customer must be received by the 10th of the month to avoid the renewal fee.
During the first month overdue, back-office access will be restricted.
During the second month overdue, your account will either be suspended or reclassified as a Customer if orders have been placed within the previous 12 months. Commissions cannot be paid while your account is in this status.
During the third month overdue, your account will be terminated.
December 15: First renewal fees process for Consultants who enrolled in November 2009–2024.
Going forward: Your $50 renewal fee processes on the 15th of the month after your enrollment anniversary month.
For example, if you enrolled in June 2025, your first renewal fee will process July 15, 2026.
